You can buy tickets online, over the phone (01226 200075) or in person at the Lamproom Theatre box office. Our Box Office opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am until 2:30pm and for 45-minutes prior to a scheduled performance. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

A ‘Book Now’ link is available on every What’s On event page. As we enter Silver Anniversary year – celebrating the Lamproom’s rich theatrical past and exciting creative future – The Peoples’ Theatre is going digital, with E-Tickets issued as standard. Patrons will not have to print their tickets and will be able to simply show them on their phones for us to scan on entry.
Concessions
Concession tickets apply to persons over the age of 60 and under the age of 16.
Reservations
Tickets reservations are not permitted. Full payment must be received at the time of booking.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are only available if a production is cancelled. Ticket exchanges to an alternate performance may be arranged, if availability allows.
Accessibility
Designated parking spaces are available for disabled patrons coming to a performance at the Lamproom Theatre. The spaces are directly opposite the theatre, situated in Westgate Car Park.

In Person:
Visit the Box Office between 10.00am and 2.30pm Monday to Saturday or during the 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of each performance. Please be advised that during the 45 minutes before each performance in-person customers at the Box Office will be given priority over telephone callers.
Unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all tickets sales are strictly non-refundable.
